  • 1 quart Lime Sherbet
  • 68 oz of soda water
  • 34 oz of pineapple juice
  • 4 oz lime juice
  • Ice cubes, optional
  • Lime slices, for garnish, optional

  • Measuring Cup
  • Sour Glasses

Instructions

  • Prep Bowl: Place 1 quart Lime Sherbet in a large punch bowl.
  • Add Pineapple Juice: Pour 34 oz of pineapple juice into the bowl.
  • Add Lime Juice: Measure and pout 4 oz lime juice.
  • Add Soda Water: Pour 68 oz of soda water over the sherbet.
  • Mix: Use a ladle to gently mix until the sherbet starts to melt and combine with the other ingredients.
  • Serve: Ladle the punch into sour glasses or ice-filled highball glasses.
  • Garnish: Add a lime slice to each glass for garnish.

  • Lime Sherbet: If you can't find lime sherbet, I've used lemon or orange sherbet as an alternative. They change the flavor slightly but still taste great.
  • Soda Water: You can substitute soda water with lemon-lime soda for extra sweetness. I sometimes use tonic water for a less sweet version.
  • Pineapple Juice: Out of pineapple juice, opt for orange juice for a different citrusy twist.
  • Fresh Lime Juice: Bottled lime juice works in a pinch and fresh lemon juice is a good alternative as well.
