Equipment

Notes

Substitutes:

  • Midori: If you don't have Midori, I've used other melon liqueurs as a substitute, which work well and keep that fruity flavor intact.
  • Pineapple Juice: Fresh pineapple juice tastes best, but canned works in a pinch. If you're out of pineapple juice, try orange juice for a different twist.
  • Vodka: Any clear spirit can work if you don't have vodka; white rum or gin can be attractive alternatives.
  • Overproof Rum: Regular rum can replace overproof rum if you want a less intense drink. Just use the same amount.
