  • 4 oz tomato juice

  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 dashes of Hot Sauce
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wedge or celery stick, for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Prep Glass: Fill your highball glass with ice cubes to chill.
  • Add Sauce: Drop 2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce and 2 dashes of Hot Sauce into a shaker.
  • Add Tomato Juice: Measure and pour 4 oz tomato juice into the shaker.
  • Add Lemon Juice: Add ½ oz lemon juice to the mix.
  • Add Gin: Pour 2 oz Gin into the shaker. over the ice.
  • Season: Add 1 pinch of Salt, and 1 pinch of Pepper.
  • Add Ice: Fill your shaker three-quarters full of ice.
  • Roll: Strain the mixture back and forth into the other half of the shaker set for four times, finally pour your drink into your highball glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish: Place a lemon wedge or celery stick into the glass for garnish.

Substitutes:

  • Gin: If you don't have gin, try vodka for a different but tasty twist. I've also used tequila for a more robust flavor profile.
  • Tomato Juice: If you're out of tomato juice, any vegetable juice blend works well. It adds extra depth to the drink.
  • Worcestershire Sauce: Soy sauce can be a good alternative if you need a vegan option or are out of Worcestershire sauce.
  • Hot Sauce: Any hot sauce you prefer will work here. I've used Sriracha for a slightly different heat and flavor.
