Notes

Substitutes:

  • Peach Schnapps: If you don't have peach schnapps, use another fruit liqueur for a similar flavor profile. I've also used peach nectar with a splash of vodka for a non-alcoholic twist.
  • Cranberry Juice: Pomegranate juice works well if you're out of cranberry juice. It adds a slightly different tartness but still complements the other flavors.
  • Coconut Rum: Regular white rum with a dash of coconut extract can substitute for coconut rum.

Making a Pitcher of Love Martini:

  • Scale: To make a pitcher that serves 8, multiply all ingredients by 8. Use 8 oz each of peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and coconut rum.
  • Mix: In a large pitcher, combine the peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and coconut rum with ice. Stir well to mix.
  • Serve: Strain into individual chilled martini glasses and garnish each with a cherry.

Making it Non-Alcoholic:

  • Peach Schnapps Substitute: Use peach nectar or juice instead of schnapps for a non-alcoholic version.
  • Coconut Rum Substitute: Replace coconut rum with coconut water or milk to maintain the tropical flavor without alcohol.
  • Proceed As Usual: Follow the original steps using these substitutes to enjoy an alcohol-free Love Martini.
