Get ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure through Africa simply by sipping some gin.

Gin producer and conservation champion, Elephant Gin, is raising a glass to 10 years of distilling excellence with their new release—African Explorer—along with the unveiling of their new state-of-the-art distillery just opened to the public in October of 2023.

African Explorer is a limited-edition gin which offers tasters their own safari of the African continent in the comfort of their own homes.

A Splash of Africa

Born out of their passion for the breathtaking African landscape and diverse flavours, founders Tessa and Robin Gerlach, celebrated their amazing Elephant London Dry Gin in 2013, which boasted 14 rare and unique African botanicals. Now, a decade later, they’re doing it all over again and paying homage to this incredible continent with African Explorer.

With carefully selected botanicals like freshly sourced aromatic buchu leaves from South Africa, white ginger from Cameroon, and sumbala seeds from Burkina Faso, there’s love put into every bottle. Add to that some African nutmeg, Baobab, Lion’s Tail, bergamot, grapefruit and mint, and the gin promises an unforgettable journey through Africa’s vibrant flavours.

Whether you savour it in a ‘G&T’ or twist up a Classic Negroni, you’ll have yourself an adventure in every sip.

Save Elephants While You Drink

African Explorer is bottled sustainability and conservation with a great flavour.

Its eco-glass bottle is 15% lighter and made from 65% recycled glass adorned with traditional handcrafted Maasai beads for that elegant touch.

But beyond distilling, Elephant Gin takes action by donating 15% of all African Explorer profits to the African Wildlife Foundation—dedicated to safeguarding the critically endangered African eorest elephant.

It’s not just a great-tasting gin but a celebration of conversation and a tribute to sustainability.

Cheers to a remarkable 10 years of hard work and 10 years more!
