Hi, my name is Suzanna and I love to write about cocktails. Ever since my first pub job, back when I was 18, I’ve been fascinated by the science and skill behind turning simple ingredients into something incredible. I remember spending hours practicing some of the trickier drinks and loved the drama of serving them. I also spent six months working in a bar in Western Australia, where the drinks tasted even better in the sunshine.

These days, I make fewer cocktails and write about them instead. Cheers!
