Substitutes:
- Peach Puree: If you can't find peach puree, you can easily make your own by blending fresh peaches. I've also used peach nectar or mango puree for a tropical twist.
- Peach Liqueur: If short of peach liqueur try some other flavored liqueur.
- Lemon juice: Try the tartness of lime juice instead.
- Prosecco: Champagne or sparkling white wine works well if you don't have Prosecco. I've even used sparkling water for a less alcoholic version.
Making a Pitcher of Peach Bellini:
- Scale: To make a pitcher that serves 8, you'll need 4 oz of Peach puree, 4 oz of peach liqueur, 4 oz of lemon juice, and 32 oz of Prosecco.
- Mix: In a large pitcher, combine the mixers and Prosecco. Stir well.
- Serve: Pour the mixture into chilled Champagne flutes, garnish with a peach slice, and serve immediately.
Making it Non-Alcoholic:
- Peach Puree: Use the same as in the original recipe.
- Prosecco Substitute: Opt for sparkling water or a non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
- Proceed As Usual: Omit the peach liqueur and follow the original steps to enjoy a non-alcoholic Peach Bellini.
Creating it Vegan:
- Peach Puree: Ensure that your peach puree doesn't contain any animal-derived additives.
- Peach liqueur: This kind of liqueur is usually vegan but always check the label for certified products.
- Prosecco: Choose a vegan-friendly Prosecco or sparkling wine. Many wines use animal-derived fining agents, so check the label or brand's website for vegan options.
