Make the Walk of Fame cocktail recipe to stay cozy in winter! Blend Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, chai tea syrup, half and half, and hot coffee for a warm treat.

- 1 oz Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
- 1 oz Chai tea syrup
- 1 oz Half and Half
- 1-2 oz hot coffee - to top off
- Cinnamon stick or nutmeg - for garnish, optional

Add Rum: Measure and pour 1 oz Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum into the mug.
Add Chai Syrup: Add 1 oz Chai tea syrup to the mix.
Add Half and Half: Pour in 1 oz Half and Half.
Add Coffee: Top with approx. 1-2 oz hot coffee.
Stir: Stir your mixture.
Garnish: Place a cinnamon stick or sprinkle nutmeg on top for garnish.
Substitutes:
- Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum: Any spiced rum will work if you don't have this specific rum. I've also tried using dark rum for a richer flavor profile.
- Chai Tea Syrup: You can make your own by simmering chai tea bags with sugar and water until it thickens. Alternatively, use vanilla syrup for a different twist.
- Half and Half: For a lighter option, I sometimes use whole milk or even almond milk for a nutty undertone.
Making a Pitcher of Walk of Fame:
- Scale: To serve 8, multiply all ingredients by 8. Use 8 oz of rum, chai tea syrup, and half and half.
- Mix: In a large pitcher, combine the rum, chai tea syrup, coffee and half and half. Stir well.
- Serve: Pour the mixture into individual mugs, garnish with cinnamon sticks or nutmeg, and serve immediately.
Making it Non-Alcoholic:
- Rum Substitute: Use a non-alcoholic spiced rum alternative; these are available and mimic the flavor nicely.
- Proceed As Usual: Replace the rum with the non-alcoholic substitute and follow the original steps for a delicious non-alcoholic version.
Making it Vegan:
- Half and Half Substitute: Use coconut cream or almond milk instead of half and half to keep it vegan-friendly.
