Prep Glass: Start by putting your Martini glass into the freezer for 15 minutes. While it’s cooling down, combine equal parts of powdered sugar and cinnamon powder on a small plate.
Rim Glass: After 15 minutes, remove the Martini glass from the freezer. Immediately press the edge of the glass into the surface of the plate filled with sugar and cinnamon to create a sweet rim. Once it’s done, replace the Martini glass in the freezer.
Add Bitters: In your shaker, pour 1 dash Angostura Bitters.
Add Pumpkin Spice liqueur: Pour ½ oz Pumpkin Spice Liqueur or syrup into the shaker.
Add Baileys: Add ½ oz Baileys Irish Cream.
Add Vanilla Vodka: Finally, add 2 oz Vanilla Vodka to the mix.
Shake Well: Fill the shaker with ice, close it, and give it a good shake (10-15 seconds).
Strain & Serve: Take the Martini glass from the freezer. Using both the cocktail strainer and the fine strainer, strain the shaken drink into the chilled glass. Serve immediately.
