Prep Glass: Fill a Martini or Coupe glass with ice. Give it a quick stir and set it aside.
Add Bitters: Start by pouring 2 dashes chocolate bitters into the shaker.
Add Single Cream: Follow with ¾ oz Half-and half or single cream.
Add Espresso: Add ¾ oz freshly brewed espresso.
Add Liqueurs: Measure and pour ¾ oz coffee liqueur and ¾ oz hazelnut liqueur into the shaker as well.
Add Vodka: Finally, add ¾ oz Vodka to the mix.
Shake Well: Fill the shaker with ice, close it, and give it a good shake (10-15 seconds).
Strain: Take the Coupe or Martini glass and discard the ice inside. Then, using both the cocktail strainer and the fine strainer, strain the shaken drink into the chilled glass.
Garnish: Garnish with a few coffee beans: you can either delicately drop them on top of the drink or use a microplane to grate them and create a thin layer of coffee powder on top of the drink. Serve immediately.
