Notes

Substitutes:

  • Brandy: You can use any type of Brandy of your liking to make this recipe. If you don't have brandy, you can use whiskey or bourbon as a substitute. Both will give a different flavor profile but still work well with the ginger ale.
  • Ginger Ale: If you're not a fan of ginger ale, you can use ginger beer for a spicier kick.

Making it Non-Alcoholic:

  • Brandy Substitute: Use a non-alcoholic brandy substitute available in most supermarkets or online stores. You can also try using a non-alcoholic Bourbon for a different twist.
  • Proceed As Usual: Use this non-alcoholic substitute instead of the regular Brandy, follow the original steps, and enjoy a non-alcoholic version.

Making it Vegan:

  • Check Your Brands: Most brands are vegan-friendly, but it's always good to check. Some brands may use animal products in their production process.
