Prep Glass: Fill a Highball or Collins glass with ice cubes. Give it a stir to chill it and set it aside.
Add Heavy Cream: Take the shaker and pour ½ oz heavy cream inside.
Add Orgeat Syrup: Add ½ oz orgeat syrup.
Add Coffee Liqueur: Pour ½ oz coffee liqueur into the shaker as well.
Add Bourbon: Measure and add 1½ oz Bourbon to the mix.
Shake Well: Fill the shaker with ice. Close it well and shake the ingredients vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
Dry Shake: Open the shaker. Using the cocktail strainer, pour the liquid into the other tin and discard the ice. Close the shaker again and shake another time, for 15-20 seconds, without ice this time.
Pour: Take the Highball or Collins glass and pour the drink into the glass.
Top Up: Fill up with Club Soda and let it rest for 20-30 seconds.
Add More Soda: Gently add another splash of soda: this will lift the foam above the top of the glass and give the drink its signature look and fluffy texture.
Serve: Add a straw and serve immediately.
