Add Pineapple Juice: Add 1 oz pineapple juice to the mix.
Prepare Shaker: Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Substitutes:
- Vodka: If I run out of vodka, I find that gin makes a nice alternative. It adds a more botanical profile to the drink.
- Chambord: If Chambord isn't in the cabinet, I've used Creme de Cassis or a raspberry-flavored liqueur. The flavor changes a bit, but it's still delicious.
- Pineapple Juice: I've used orange juice as a last-minute substitute. It’s a different flavor but blends well.
Making a Pitcher of French Martini:
- Scale: To serve 8, multiply all the ingredients by 8. You'll need 12 oz of vodka, 8 oz of pineapple juice, and 4 oz of Chambord.
- Mix: In a large pitcher, combine the vodka, pineapple juice, and Chambord. Stir well.
- Serve: Pour the mixture into individual ice-filled Martini glasses, garnish, and serve immediately.
Making it Non-Alcoholic:
- Vodka Substitute: Use a non-alcoholic vodka alternative, which you can find in some specialty stores.
- Chambord Substitute: Make a raspberry simple syrup by boiling raspberry juice and sugar.
- Proceed As Usual: Use these non-alcoholic substitutes and follow the original steps for a non-alcoholic French Martini.
Making it Vegan:
- Check Your Ingredients: Ensure that the Chambord and other ingredients are vegan. Chambord is generally considered vegan, but always double-check.
- Garnish: Use a vegan-friendly garnish like a lemon twist.
