Prep Glass: Chill your coupe glass with some ice.
Add Bitters: Drop 2 dashes Angostura bitters into the shaker
Add Saline Solution: Follow with 1-2 drops of Saline Solution.
Add Sugar Syrup: Measure and pour ¼ oz brown sugar syrup.
Add Espresso: Follow with 1 oz espresso coffee.
Add Coffee Liqueur: Measure and add ½ oz coffee liqueur.
Add Brancamenta: Pour 1 oz Brancamenta.
Add Absinthe: Finish with 1 oz Absinthe.
Shake: Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
Strain: Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Garnish: Add coffee beans or mint leaves for garnish.
